My Approved petition DOB is incorrect

Hi All,

I am continues follow your website.
My approved petition I-797 Dateofbirth is incorrect and My company already raised services request of the same.

But my VISA interview date is 29-June-2018 but still my correct DOB is not update in petition.

Kindly suggest us we can reschedule the interview or go with this current petition.

Kindly do the needful and i am confused.

HI Chandan,

How did you handle the situation. I am also facing the same issue attorney has reversed my date and month of dob. I got approved i797 with the wrong date.

My attorney has also raised the SR to correct it. How long does it take? Also is it fine if i go for interview with same wrong dob?
