Hi Experts, Here is my case -
I am a full time employee of Company X
- My H1B Visa is stamped till Apr 2020 and my I-94 is also valid till Apr 2020. - This extension happened when I was in TX
- I moved to GA for a different client project A in Dec 2017 (under same company X) and applied for H1B Amendment. This amendment has got an RFE. So, there is chance that it might get denied.
- The GA based client project A is over and my company X does not have any business now with client A in GA.
- I moved to OH for a new client project B (under the same company X) and filed a new Amendment which is in process with USCIS now.
My question is,
- if Amendment from GA (Client A) is denied, will I lose the status (My I-94 on my extension is valid till Apr 2020) ?
- if Amendment from GA (Client A) is approved with a shorter I-94 expiry as project is over in GA already, will I lose the status or my pending amendment from OH (Client B) will work as a back-up and safeguard me. In this case which I-94 date will override the other?
