H1B case has been denied & Current status is Department of State Sent Case to review
Hi All ,
My H1B Visa has been denied and got email from consulate stating my H1B case has been denied under Section 221 (g) of the United States Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) pending further administrative processing. The petition will be soon returned to United States Citizenship and Immigration Service for review .
I want to know few things
1)Its been 10 months that i got email and still they haven't contacted my petitioner? Any idea on Maximum days?
2)The email says If USICS revokes petition , then beneficiary will be denied visa under Visa act , Does that mean i will not qualify for future US Visa's? is it advisable to withdraw petition?
3)Mainly Can i raise Cap exempt as still its in review?, The validity is there till this Sep
