H1b not picked in lottery, option to move to Canada or other country
I work for company A since 3 years and my visa never picked in lottery in all 3 attempts. This was my last attempt, and i've no other option except leaving US.
Can anyone guide me about options of moving to Canada either through PR process or work permit. I'm into s/w development, but company A doesn't have dev center there, they have only sales office. Is it still possible to move to Canada on canadian work permit or PR process or there are any legalities which prevents that or returning back on H1b next year could be a problem because of this?
