USCIS Received H1-B extension documents after petition Expiry date

Hello All,

I have valid H1-B Petition till 23-Jun-2018, my attorney shipped the documents on Friday,22-Jun-2018( I have Fedex shipping number). USCIS received documents on Monday(25-Jun-2018). In the receipt number received date shows as 25-Jun-2018(because sat & sun is holiday). Based on this, I don't have valid petition for the day 24-Jun-2018.

Will it be OK?
Will this be considered as Overstay? If yes, shall I mention that while filling DS-160 form. Please let me know.

Your H1B end date of 23-June-2018 does not matters. What matters is your I94 end date.
