Hello All,
I have applied all the 3 (H1, H4 and H4 EAD) in premium processing and H1 and H4 got approved while H4 EAD did not change any status. My wife H4 EAD will be expiring in next three days and her employer said she can continue to work and do not need any break. Can anyone confirm the same?
Employer is saying we have the receipt and status of H1 and H4 extension got approved. We can assume H4 EAD got approved and continue to work. Once the card is in hand please send us the card and she do not need any break in between.
