Hi ,
My H1 b transfer petition is filed in Jan 2019. The case status is still showing "Case Received". Another transfer petition is filed by another employer in May 2019 through premium channel. I received RFE on it. I dint join later employer yet.
1. If I reach to USCIS through employer A for knowing the status on first petition, does employer A would come to know about the other transfer filed through employer B?
2. Is my first petition on hold or showing case received status because another one is filed later?
