Previously i am working for Company A (employer), contractor to company B(vendor) and Working in company C (client place).
My extension with "company A" got denied in 6th year. So i went back to India moved to company B as a full time employee and applied H1 transfer/extension and got approved till march 2020 with the help of my "company A" I-140. Now i am back to USA.
Now my "company B" is not willing to apply GC.
But "company C" my client is willing to take me as a full time employee and assured to apply GC within 6 months.
1. Now is it possible to transfer my H1 to company C ? Will i get extension based on my company A I-140?
2. Can i apply EAD for my wife, with company A I-140? After moving to company C?
