H1-b transfer through two employers at the same time

Hi,

Can some one tell me if two employers file H-1B transfer applications at same time. i.e, if I am working for company X, and planning to change job. Can I let two different employers Y and Z file for H-1B transfer at the same time. Will there be any issues with approval process. Same question applies to the LCA as well. Thanks in advance
