    H1B transfer or new

    Hi
    I have an approved I140 from my prior company and my priority date is in 2010. I had to resign from my company and had to come to india for medical treatment. I have recovered now and wanted to know if i would need a new fresh H1b which has to adhere to the cap or with my approved I140 i can get a transfer of h1b from a company.
    Any response is appreciated
