VO: He gave me slip and ask me to wait
VO: took my LCA , 797, client letter, passport

VO: after 20min he called me and gave blue slip and told me that I will get email for more details.

He returned all documents and my passport as-well.

Blue slip: it has a check mark
on your application is refused for administration processing. This application will be considered when administration processing is complete.

Please let me know if anybody has faced similar issue and how long it takes to resolve?
What does it mean if they returned my passport?
