Hi guys,
I worked i USA for two location , till 2017 I worked for location A and got stamped VISA till Sep 2018 and also I 94 for Sep 2018. in 2017 I moved to location B, got amendment approved till NOV 2017. After assignment over in 2017, I moved back to India.
Now question here, whether I can go to USA again based on my previous location stamping and approved LCA ? I am confused , some people are saying that I can travel to old location because it is for same employer and some are saying that after location change , you can not go back to your old location.
Please help and advice. Treat this urgent !!
