Hi All,
My current Stamped H1B is valid till Sept 2018(from employer A).
I transferred H1B to employer B and have approval on transfer till April 2019.
I have been planning India trip since may thats when I got client letter from endclient where I work.
Unfortunately I had to postpone trip and now planning to leave in last week of July.
My Employer is suggesting to have client letter with current dates but I feels my client managers will refuse saying we already issued it.
Even they agree it will take couple of weeks to issue it.
I haven't heard any rules as such where it says issuing date of client letter have to be current.
Since I am eligible for Visa Waiver program. Considering my H1B is transferred from Employer A to B.
Will it cause any issues if I being called in for in-person interview.
Appreciate any suggestions on this scenario.
Thanks
Prasad
