The visa stamped on my passport expired on September 2016, but I have an approved i129 for the H1B visa renewal petition that was filed in 2016, hence I was working in the US with a valid Visa. I got hired to a new company this year (2018), and I have a new approved i129 with that company as a petitioner valid from June of 2018 to June of 2021. I have to visit India this year (Dec 2018). I am in the process of applying for Visa Stamping. When I see the question - Was your previous visa issued in India after 2008? What should I answer? Should I answer No because the previous visa (the valid visa that was not stamped) is not stamped yet in India? Or should I answer yes, because the previous visa that was issued in India (that expired in 2016) was issued after 2008?
