H1B - USCIS agent site verification..
Hi,
My H1B got approved on March 31st 2018 after two RFEs for ABC client, but my project got completed with ABC client on May24th 2017 and I started my new job with XYZ client from June 1st 2017. We are in process of filing the amendment with XYZ client unfortunately USCIS agent went for verification to ABC client. He contacted to my employer and asking "I need to know when he started with ABC client and when he left, copy of LCA and New amendment. In addition, I need any other supporting documentation". My New LCA is ready and we have started the Amendment for new Client.
What are my chances now ??
1) If my H1b gets revoke can I apply new h1 petition with my current employer or new employer??
2) I've an admit for fall 2018 can I do change of status if in case my h1b gets revoked ??
3) How much time ( grace period) will I get??
