Question on Emergency appointment

Hi -

I got an emergency appointment in chennai under the clause "H and L visa renewals for applicants who are already working in the U.S. and are returning to their jobs" . I just want to know if I eligible for that, my case is - I was on L1 and transferred to H1 last october 2005 but no visa stamping on passport and currently working
