H1b Withdrawal
Hello All,
If a Person is on Second Amendment H1b Visa approved ( this First H1b Petition, First H1b Amendment Petition and Second Amendment Petition all are filed by us only), Now we would like to withdraw his petition as he is terminated for various reasons, So Now My question is: If we have want to withdraw his petition should we withdraw his recent Amendment petiiton or should we withdraw his all three Petitions?
