H1b transferred and going out of US

Hi,

I have H1b stamped on my passport thro company A. It is valid for 2 more years.
I have changed my employer from company A to company B.
I want to go outside US for tourism purpose.
Do I have to get H1b restamped for Company B to re enter US?

Will it be OK if I keep company A h1b stamp on the passport and carry company B Notice Of Action (I-197) ?

Wil there be any problem at the immigration ?

As long as you have a valid visa from company A + original notice of newly-approved H-1B petition....you shud not have trouble reentering.
