Travel while H1B approval is pending
Hi guys,
I am currently on OPT- F1 Status(already expired at July 4). I have applied H1B through my employer on April. I got selected, but I have not heard back the final approval. So my H1B application is still pending. I am urgent to travel back to my home country at the end of July. Furthermore I would like to travel back after the H1B approval, and I can get my visa stamped on my passport at my home country at the same time. Is this going to work?
