I am working for company A and my H1b is expiring soon. my company has filed for extension in premium processing one month before expiration of current H1b. I received I-140 for this company a month ago.
1) what will happen if my H1b extension is not approved before expiration?
2) Can another company B submit second transfer/petition while company A h1b petition is submitted? will company A know about company B file? if i accept the company B position, will company A revoke my i-140?
