H1B Petition & Amendment Clarification
Hello All,
I had H1B Petition valid till June 2020 for Client A. I was transferred to another new work location for Client B for the same employer. For this location change i filed an Amendment and got approval notice but it was back dated as 7/25/2018 since my employer filed my amendment with MSA that has shorter validity (which was only till 7/25/2018).
Here are my questions,
Now that i got my approved notice for Amendment petition does my old H1B petition which is till June 2020 is valid or not and Will I be able to work for Client A again with old petition?
What are other available options?
If anyone could shed some light on this issue and possible options it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
