The question "Is your father in the USA" should be answered YES or NO in my case in DS 160.
My father is visiting me for 2 months from India. During his visit we plan to go to Mexico city for tourism and then get my H1b visa stamped in mexico city.
He permanently lives in India and is just visiting me for 2 months. Since he is visiting us in USA during the visa stamping. Should I answer YES or NO. Please advise. Thanks.
