H4 EAD - Renewal based on H1B Extension Receipt Notice
1. My Current approved H1B petition will expire in next week. This was filed with Vermont Center.
2. My H1B extension is in progress. This is filed with California Center.
3. I am in process of submitting H4 EAD based on my approved i140.
4. H4 EAD filing location is Dallas for Vermont petition and Arizona for California Petition.
Query:
H4EAD should be filed to location based on approved i797(which will expire in a week at Vermont location) or should be filed to Arizona based on ongoing H1B Extension Receipt notice location?
Please advise.
