I have H1B stamped on my passport which is valid till 1st October 2006 from my earlier employer. (This was a second 3 year term stamped at Washington DC. The first 3 yr term was stamped in India).
I changed jobs last year. I have approved I-797 till 1st June 2008.
These are my questions:
1. Can I go back to India in July and come back by end of July on my earlier stamped visa from old employer which is valid till 1st Oct 2006 (with new I-797)?
2. How would the officer know that I changed jobs? Would he ask for my new I-797?
Can I get visa to any european countries without any problems?
