Hey,
A few times a day I check the online platform to see whether there are updates on our case (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do)
I found this very helpful page that explains the different "case status" labels: https://*********.com/uscis-online-h...-changes-flow/
There's still one question I have though:
- My wife applied for an H1b (using change of status) and was selected in the lottery
- However, she had to travel a few weeks ago so we are pretty sure her COS (change of status) will be denied.
What should be expect to appear on the case status platform? If it reads "denied", does that mean the underlying H1B could still be approved, or will it mention that the COS is denied but the H1b is approved?
Anyone any idea?
