H4,H4 EAD under H1B Preimum Processing

My Wife has last 4 months of H1B left on her 6 year h1b period. We have currently filed h4 & h4 ead under my h1b renewal in regular processing. I wanted to know if we could upgrade h1b to premium & get h4 & h4 ead approved alongwith h1b .I also wanted to make sure there is no break in employment for my wife .Would upgrading to premium help is such case ? Please advise.

Upgrading to Premium all (h1,h4,h4 ead) , my fear is if h1 & h4 gets approved & h4 ead takes longer. Would there be a break in employment ? Is it madatory to update status immediate h1 to h4 even if I have days left in h1 ? What are chances of all 3 getting approved in same day ? Upgrade to premium will increases chances of getting all done together, since you 4 months more, file it asap.
I heard from others and also my personal exp..H4 EAD is received in less than 2 months.
