    H4 Extension pending - i-94 expired

    Hello,

    My i-94 got expired in March 2018 and H4 extension is pending from Dec-2017 ( I think vermont will take another 6 months for approvals ). My husband H1B got approved long ago. Considering new rules , do I need to leave USA and come back after visa stamping ? Anyone in the same situation ?
