Hello Experts,
My H1B visa was rejected in May this year 2018 don't know the reason. After that I moved to Canada and now want to file H1B HNSC(not subject to Cap) in regular mode.
Do you know what all things involved in getting the H1B again? What all my chances of getting it? How long does it take to get the Visa?
Anything I should be careful or aware about before filing?
Also has anybody gone through the process?
