My husband is changing jobs and his H1b transfer is in process ( Premium Processing) I am traveling to India next month . My question is if his transfer is approved can I get my stamping without him ? Kindly note our I 94 is valid till dec 2020 but previous stamping is expired . I am also eligible or drop box .so I am thinking about drop box option for stamping . Just concerned because I am traveling alone . And also if H1b transfer is delayed and I travel before approval that will it be a problem for me to come back ?
