Hello Expert I need one advice.
consider, I am working company X in USA on H1B, I am having another couple of years H1B/I-797 valid, and also visa is stamped. and having I-140 from the same company.I resigned, and move to India.
Can I still enter in USA based on the Visa stamped on my passport after sometime, and joined company X after coming here, if they give me offer.
what is the best scenario to join again company X? I need to get again employment letter? Do they have to file again H1?
any help is much appreciated..
