Hi Folks,
I received RFE during my H1B extension about 1) Education evaluation 2) Employee & Employer relation. We have submitted documentation and H1B got approved in a weeks time under premium processing.
My current visa & I94 gets expired on 18th Sept. Planning to go to Canada or India for stamping. What are the chances of getting RFE or 221G again for same or different reasons during stamping?
Is it safe to go for stamping in India considering I already had RFE cleared?
