Re-stamping H1B Visa in Bahamas/ Mexico/Jamaica

Hi All,

I am on H1B and the stamped visa and i94 on my passport expired on 02/Aug/2018. I got my new approved I797 which is valid till Aug 2021. I would like to know my options to get the new Visa stamped without going to Home country India.

1. Do I need a tourist visa to go to Mexico since my stamped Visa on passport expired?

2. Do I need a tourist visa to go to Jamaica?

3. Do I need a tourist visa to go to Bahamas since my stamped Visa on passport expired?

Which is the best and faster option?

I am in a similar situation, and am heading to Bahamas for the H1B stamp renewal. Did you end up getting your visa renewed at any of the three locations you mentioned below? How was your experience? It would be very helpful if you could please share.
