H1B Amendment
Hi All,
My H1B got picked and I got rfe to which the company responded back by sending appropriate details recently. Now the company decided to move to State A to State B by shutting down the office at State A before even my H1B is confirmed.I guess I cannot amend at this time since the H1 is not approved and the move is happening before Oct 1st. what is the impact on my H1B, and how to overcome if there is an issue ?. Could any one please give recommendations if come across this given situation.
