I am working at Client C for Employer A in location L. I have valid petition till Apr 2020. The client recently changed vendors so my project in L got over and my employer got a new project in location W. My employer has just filed an Amendment (non premium) for the new location W. Meantime the client's new vendor offered me a position in the same project in same location L and is ready to file H1B transfer(premium). I have couple of questions:
1) Is it a bad thing to file H1B amendment and H1B transfer concurrently?
2) If my H1B transfer gets denied will my H1B amendment have any problems?
3) If my H1B transfer gets denied will my Employer A come to know about it somehow or should i have to tell him for further documentation works down the line?
