Change of Status from H4 to H1
Hi,
I have been staying in US since april 2001 on H4 visa. I will be completing 6 yrs of stay by April 2007. If I apply for H-1 now, do I get it only until april 2007 ? Is there a way to extend my H-1 further? Thank you.
