I am currently in my OPT-Extension which is valid for 2 more years. My H1B got picked in lottery this year and I got RFE on it last month. I need to travel on this November for my marriage. In that case what are all the consequences I will face?
I understand my COS on my H1B Petition will be nullified if I travel outside. In case if my H1B got approved after I come back here, what should I do? Should I need to travel back for stamping immediately or can I go back whenever and continue on OPT till then?
