Below is my scenario:
Employment terminated with Employer A (EC) on 5th June
Employment started with Employer B (EVC) on 29th June. Joined Employer B on receipt notice and decision is still pending.
Got Offer from Employer C(FTE).
I-94 is valid until Oct 2020
My questions are:
1. Can I join Employer C with receipt notice??
2. If YES to question 1, what happens if Employer B's petition is denied before C's petition is adjudicated?
OR
3. If YES to question 1, what happens if Employer B withdraws the petition before C's petition is adjudicated?
