I was working with Employer A. Then I got new offer through Employer B for a Client. So, based on H1 Transfer Receipt notice, I joined new Employer. My Transfer is still pending and also now Premium processing is stopped. Now, my client is planning to do Cost cutting. So, may be they will fire all contractors that includes me. So, I am looking for my options. Can you please share your thoughts.
1. If I can find new client, can my Employer B initiate amendment to work with new client ?(Transfer is not complete yet. Does it matter?)
2. If Employer B cannot do amendment as transfer itself is not completed, can I join new client directly as an employee? For this Employer A's petition should be still valid and not revoked?
