H1B transfer denied with new employer but still i 94 valid with current employer
Please someone help about my case. I?m with ?A? employer now and project is ending on Sep 27,2018 and my I 94 expires on Oct 26,2018 .?A? employer asked me to come back to India after the project end date. Meanwhile I found another employer ?B? and filed a transfer in premium and I told them I will join once it is approved. I got an RFE with employer ?B? and I gave required documents to respond back for RFE and they responded back on Sep 14,2018. So In case ?if I come to know the result on Sep 27,2018 that ?B? employer transfer get denied.What Should I do?If I resign from ?A? employer on Sep 27,2018 still I can stay with my I 94 expires which is Oct 26,2018?
