H1 Transfer rejected, moved back to previous employer and dependents travelling to US

My H1 transfer got rejected and I moved back to my previous employer. My dependents were stamped with H4 using my previous employer info. Are they allowed to travel to US?

Sorry I don't have answer to your question but I want to know about your experience with H1 Transfer.

I am planning to transfer H1 to new company but I am afraid about what happens if my petition gets denied. will I lose my H1 all together? does my existing employer has to file a new petition or can I continue working with them?

What's your take on that?
