Apart from the regular documents for H1 renewal, I have heard from various sources that all the following are also required -
a) very detailed job description,
b) document describing the project I am working on with details of delivery dates and number of people etc.
c) photographs of the company with the mention of the name of the company
d) Financial statement of the company
To what extent are these requirements valid because my HR will never reveal the financial statement of the compnay, and I cannot get any photographs of the company with the company name...
