My employer filed my H1B visa in 2018, this is my last attempt for it. in lottery petition was picked but RFE was generated on Jun 20 2018. Responded to RFE and CIS received it on Jul 20 2018.
Right now working on Cap Gap, have authorized to work till Sept 30 2018.
How long can I stay in USA while the decision is pending?
if decision is not in my favor, how many days can I stay in USA? when that period starts?
