Hi! Below is my experience with Hyderabad Consulate. I am working in EVC model with a legit employer to a renowned client with a middle vendor as a very famous consulting company.

Me: handed
VO: client name and address
Me: answered
VO: salary
Me: answered
VO: highest education
Me: B.tech in electronics
VO: total exp
Me: 8.5 yrs
VO: how long are you current employer
Me: answered (3 yrs)
VO: were you on h4 before
Me: yes
VO: show me your i129
Me: gave me entire package with LCA and everything.
He looked in details and then returned back. He said I need below documents in email. He said you may have the documents now but we need in digital format.
Documents asked are:
1. My 2 yrs w2 and tax return - I can easily provide that.
2. I129 and LCA - we'll provide it.
3. Agreement between me and my employer - we'll provide it.
4. Contract between employer and end client - since I am on EVC, we'll be providing contact between company E and V and then V and C.
5. Letter from personnel department stating vacancy for me- we'll be providing client letter that was issued 5 months ago. Does that work ?
6. Job duties and project's Technical details including marketing analysis of the product. - we are not providing. Will it make any difference ?
I just wanted to ask, has anyone faced similar situation before ? If so, pls share your experience. Thank you!
