Hi,
I am holding a H1B Visa which is valid till November 2006. My Fiancee has got his H1B stamped & will be coming over to USA in July 2006. We want to get married here in USA after he comes. Can we do that ? Do we need to apply for any special permissions or send notifications to INS?
