Dear gurus,
Here is my situation.
My husband's employer applied for an H4 extension ( May 2018 ) while I was in India ( by mistake).
I returned back after vacation to the US with old H4 visa which was still valid ( Valid till Sep 2018 ).
Told to withdraw it many times before i94 validity ( Sep 2018).But they didnt do it.
Today it got denied ( yet to get the denial letter ).
My Spouse H1B got approved till 2021.
What are my options now ?
can i go back to India & use drop box facility , I qualify for all other elig criteria s except i am not sure on " I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance" will work on H4 denial ? Does H1B also need visa stamping or he can stay in US ?
