hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is a way to check if i was out of status for my stay in US? i had an issue with STEM opt extension. The application was approved but card was lost. I failed to update USCIS on time. meanwhile due to a glitch in SEVIS system (confirmed by SEVIS officer), my SEVIS account was autocompleted, before my H1B was approved.
I am planning to go for stamping this Nov, and was wondering if this issue would be raised by visa interviewer. so I want to prepare my best for this interview.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
