Already Have H4 Visa but in india. Husband changed company and got new H1B (I-797) ap
Hi,
I am in USA on H1B and my wife and my son are in India. They got H4 Visa and it will expired on Sep-2007. Still they are in inda. They have not come to USA.
Now I have changed a company and got new I-797 approval and it will expire in MArch-2010. Still on my passport I have Visa of my old company.
My Question is Should I have to go outside from USA before "Sep-30-2007" and get new H1B stampped on my PAssport for new company because on my I-94 there is a date "Sep-30-2007".
My wife and my son can come on theri H4 visa from old company before their H4 visa from Old company get expired. Their visa will expire on "Sep-30-2007" or they will have to go to consulate at Mumbai for restamping for new company.
If any one have perfect idea then pl. guide me.
