H1 transfer travel out of country

Hello,
I have my approved H1b (Not stamped) till 2020 from company A, I got an offer from company B which has initiated my H1 transfer.
My question is, can I travel to India on Company A h1 and get stamping done on company A , while my transfer with company B is in process.

I am facing the same issue right now. Have you already completed your H1B stamping with the pending petition. can I start working for the company B when I get the receipt notice and travel to India with company A's approval H1B. Can you please tell me what you did so that it will be helpful for me
