H1 and H4 Dropbox Eligibility

Hi ,

My wife and I will be travelling to India in Feb 2019. We have H1-b extension I-797 which expires in Sept 2020. We need it to be stamped on our passports as we will be travelling. Our previous H1b expired in Sept 2017 and we got it stamped in Hyderabad in March 2016. Based on the above dates, are we eligible for Dropbox ?

Since your last visa was expired before 12 months of your new application - you do NOT qualify for dropbox.
