My spouse is on an approved H4 Visa, with a valid I-797 till October, 2019. She would like to go for visa stamping, and we were wondering if she can get it stamped in Canada versus going back to India. This will be her first stamping for the H4 Visa status. In other words, is it required that first H4 visa stamping must occur in the home county?
